During the construction, we took into account the characteristics of tenants of all sizes – both large and small start-up teams – for everyone to feel comfortable working with us.
We created the STROOM complex in Scandinavian style: this is how we combined practicality and elegance of technical solutions. The core of our center is two buildings, which provide different conditions for the working space - depending on the size of the office.
For the convenience of our guests, we have supplemented our complex with a lobby, a terrace with a park anda rooftop restaurant for events and concerts, and an automated four-storey parking lot.
